Journey to Work Program
The Journey to Work Program is a comprehensive program focusing on personal development, money management, job training, and educational skills. Through a 13 week program, participants gain the life skills, knowledge and experience needed to help the break the cycle of homelessness and gain meaningful employment.
After graduating from the program participants are connected to local employers providing meaningful and supportive employment opportunities.
Life Recovery Program
The Life Recovery Program offers comprehensive case management and supports for those experiencing homelessness and/or suffering from mental health and substance abuse disorders. Case workers and staff work one-on-one with participants to develop a Life Recovery Plan and coordinate supportive services.
The Life Recovery Program focuses on aligning shelter, housing, treatment and rehabilitation services, and work skills development to help participants gain long term financial stability. Through a combination of aligning core services with structured life skills, money management, counseling, and spiritual guidance, participants receive the long term supports needed to achieve their personal goals.
Computer and Learning Lab
The Computer and Learning Lab at the Mission offers instructional training opportunities to members of the community with limited access to technology. Additionally, the lab offers monitored, open hours to the community for personal use (school, work, communications, etc.).

Volunteer to Work Program
The Volunteer to Work Program is a 30-day job training and mentoring program designed to provide individuals the skills they need to maintain employment.
Individuals ready to re-enter the workforce volunteer at the mission full-time for a 30-day period. During this time, an assigned staff member provides real-time training, job skills development, time management skills and supervision. Upon successful program completion, participants are connected with a local employer and receive a letter of recommendation.
